Yeah, it turned out ok. Would have been better with anchovys rather than sardines though. Occasionally I get burned out on tomato sauces, so puttanesca is a favorite go to. It’s so easy to make and hard to fuck up, so it works well for me.
I learned to make it form the chef at work, and he gave me the whole epic backstory on it’s origin which I thought was interesting. Who would have thought Italian hookers would be immortalized in the annals of culinary history?
